Fleece Hoodie Morphing Colorways
A photorealistic 3D apparel animation of a women's fleece hoodie, prints, logos and colorways morphing in real time on an invisible avatar walk cycle. Built as a website hero in Cinema 4D and Redshift.
How do you show a hoodie's full customization range in one animation?
Hutter Products had a garment with near-unlimited design possibilities: the same fleece hoodie could carry any print, colour or branding a customer could imagine. The challenge was to prove that, visually, in a single animation, a website hero that anchors the product page and supports the e-commerce launch.
The concept: an invisible avatar walks naturally while the hoodie transforms continuously. Prints, logos and colorways shift in real time, driven by animated texture projections mapped onto the moving 3D surface. The trickiest part was keeping those projections consistent and sharp as they mapped onto a moving garment, sequencing each morph to transition cleanly with no flicker or surface misalignment.
Cloth simulation was handled in Marvelous Designer for realistic fleece drape and weight, animated in Cinema 4D, rendered in Redshift at hero-banner resolution and composited in After Effects. The result communicates the full customization range in seconds, with no text or explanation needed.

The whole range, before it's cut
One hoodie, every colourway, no second sample. Apparel in CGI means the range exists before a single garment is cut.
Cloth that drapes like cloth, on demand, in any palette. If your line needs that kind of flexibility, say hello!
